A Downtown Victorian Gem is upgraded into a open and modern family home.

By opening the interior we maximized the brightness and space within the main floor. We capitalized on the wonderful downtown Toronto view by adding a master suite and balcony to the rear 3rd floor, and opened up small bedrooms with little or no storage to 3 large rooms with closets to spare.
