2021 Frater St. - Repurposed space

This tiny home needed an update. 2 bedroom with bathroom on main floor, crowded kitchen and congested living dining room needed some re-thinking. Utilizing the existing building with adjustments to all three floors provided adequate space to fit the family's needs without building an addition.
