2008 - Elliott St, Open up

Small 2 story with attached garage needed some modernization. Small dark rooms were opened up into bright open main floor space, the garage was converted into a main floor family room. The street view was un appealing but the budget was limited, so we unified the main floor with brick veneer and added a porch and portico.
