This original 1860 heritage bungalow had an awkward layout and renovations through is lifetime. Small bedrooms one in the front of the house and the other opposite corner, a tight entry, one bathroom on main floor off the kitchen and a 2nd floor bedroom. Planned for modernization and addition moving the bedrooms and bathroom into proximity of each other.
