2007 - Mill St. - 2 Story rear addition

We added a 2 story rear addition which included a main floor family room with a rear entry and powder room. The 2nd floor master bedroom ensuite is connected to the existing second floor by re-appropriating one of the bedrooms and increased the floor area of the room by adjusting the roof height to tie into the addition while allowing for a connecting hallway. A full height basement space alowed for a family room and the existing old basement was adapted into a workshop.
