2012 - Wellington Ave. - Heritage Addition

Single Storey side family room addition added with potential for a 2nd floor. Re allocated existing space for kitchen, dining room, foyer and sitting room. Second phase of project added second storey with master suite. Heritage Committee approval granted and now used as an example of good practice.
