2012 - Seabrooke - Updated and expand

Typical 1970 side split house where the main entry opened into the living room and inefficient storage space was located beside the garage on main floor. We relocated the main entrance to the ground floor to allow more space in living room and kitchen. We added a master suite above the living room and updated the exterior materials and character details.
