Abandoned 1865 Farm house, relocated, remodeled into two semi detached homes and restored by volunteers for Habitat for Humanity. Small side addition to accommodate extra space in one unit. Front porch restored from historic pictures, interior properties restored with new kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Won Brampton Urban Planning Adaptive Re-use award.
