6 STEPS TO A SUCCESSFUL RENOVATION

1. Free Initial Consult - We meet with you NO COST to review your project and then we provide a Proposal to get your project off on the right foot. 

2. Get Started - We define what we have to work with. by locating or creating EXISTING floor plans, elevations and property survey for the development of the plans. EZDimensions will check all the municipal bylaws and regulations to understand the City's limitations for the project on your property.

3. Collaboration - We review your project wishlist together with the above information to define CONCEPT designs and collaborate on how to get the most out of the project. A full set of the concepts with comments is provided in PDF.

4. How much - You review the concepts with qualified contractors to get an initial construction BUDGET. You can also review with a bank, real estate agents, etc., to determine if the investment is right for you.

5. Sign Off - We regroup with all of the information from above to define the project scope for the PERMIT documents. You give us the go ahead and a second proposal is provided with the costs of any drawings, engineering or other information required for the building permit packages in order to obtain city approvals (We are BCIN qualified and engineer associates).

6. Permit Application - We work with our colleagues to develop all APPLICATION required for the building permit. We navigate the application through the process and communicate any bumps or when the permit is ready.
